Bill called in painters, hauled away enormous amounts of clutter, re-arranged the furniture and added some bright accents… Results: the house was under contract in less than a month!

In 2004, when Bill and his wife were selling their New York apartment, he went through much the same exercise: painting (where necessary), decluttering, rearranging and spicing up the space. It happened again…within forty eight hours, there was a bidding war and the apartment sold for multiple six figures over the original asking price.
